Morning on the cycling path from Heemskerk to our next stop: Haarlem.

Ted and Sam, our navigators of the day, plot the next steps in our route. ????

Stopping for a picnic lunch, we perused a supermarket loaded with Dutch goodies. We shared breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, smoothies, chocolate, and other treats in a green park nearby.

The next day in Haarlem, we had a ball cycling to the quaint and inviting shopping area of Haarlem. There we enjoyed an amazing lunch of fresh salads, nachos, sweet and savory pannenkoeken (enormous Dutch pancakes!), sandwiches, and more.

Now in Noordwijk, we just cycled to the beach where we discovered a pop up beach market of food trucks, cafes, live DJ jams, and vendors with all kinds of arts and wares.
